3. Mail along with a copy of vaccination records (see class policies for
required immunizations)

The deadline to register is Monday, May 24th, 2010 or when the limits for
each class is reached before the deadline. Class dates are subject to change.

For the first night of
class—Bring your dog, a flat or choker-style collar, a six foot leash, no
flexi-leads or harnesses please, and small, chewy treats. Bring a flat collar
for Agility. Please arrive at the schedule class time so that registration
activity does not disturb the class already in progress.
